First i am going to be talking about not only this DLC but all of them.Pros with the DLC: buildings are fun:Missions are Ok but i was about to completely say they were bad.Cons with DLC: i like the outifts in the game, but all of these crap DLC's add are goofy and dumb hats.: They are Boring and to be honest should be free.: There are Only TWO fun and Enjoyable DLC and that is Espionage and waterbourne.: Tropico 4 had Amazing DLC, so when Tropico 5 Came out i thought the DLC would be even better, but no it was a huge Fail. Like i said Espionage and Waterbourne are very good but even they can get boring.we need a few More Expanison packs, why can't we have awesome rallys and Parades. if they make a Tropico 6 i am not buying any of the DLC untill i see some Gameplay. to be honest they might never make a Tropico 6.. I only buy Tropico's DLC on sale but even on sale, I regret buying this. This is a grind mission, absolutely the worst I've ever played. Absurdely boring. Do NOT buy this.. I am reviewing it based on a completed mission. The campaign mission added with this DLC is very fun, I loved it. The missions weren't overly hard, it let you do things at your own pace while adding difficulty along the way and I built my city and it was a very nice city until the finish of the mission. The mission took me approx. 4 hours (2 hours today, about 2 or so yesterday). The new building is nice, but it is a building I'll never use.I haven't touched any other stuff in the DLC.I purchased it for $1.40 on sale alongside Tropico 5 and I recommend it at $1.40. For the base price of $3.99, it is consumers choice whether they want to purchase the game. 8\/10----Thanks for reading my review! If you liked it, give it a rating.. For me this dlc was meh. The only reason i will give it a positive review is that the dlc adds the penultimo delusion mission to any game which is kinda fun. The bulding is meh. It can offer a couple of ok points to your island depending on its state. Sure if you have no clinics its the bomb. Problem is it costs just as much a clinic. So if you have a small population build a clinic first as its medical bonus is better. However for islands flooding with immigrants faster than you can build clinics or hospitals the building is actually quite useful for its medical bonus. Yet the building has other funtions which during the world wars era makes it slightly more useful, the whole shock treatment thing. Yet after that it has a really cool upgrade. All of those droves of citizens who have no role, if they visit they could have a chance to recieve a good role. So i recommend this dlc only with the caveat that it is on sale for -33% or more. With the added caveat you have moderate or less income. If you have high income or are just plain up to your gills in cash and just can't breath, stop being a tightwad and buy it..
